I have been eating fruits the wrong way for several
years, until I stumbled on these facts a few years ago. Since there are
so many fruits in season right now (durian, rambutan or lychee, mangoes,
lanzones, mangosteen, and marang) on top of year-round fruits (papaya,
banana, avocado) I remember this healthy way to eating fresh fruits..
